An integrated care model coordinates services to create an individualized and personalized plan for success. At The Vista, you only pay for the care you need. We do not deliver care on a tiered or bundled basis, but rather we offer care services only as needed, and on an a la carte basis. Physicians, therapists, nurses, life-enrichment programs, and home healthcare all work together to ensure whole-person wellness for all seniors in our community.

Bridge To Belonging
Created especially for residents living with mild cognitive impairment and early-moderate dementia who are not ready for Memory Care, this structured program offers concierge-level engagement and cognitive stimulation through interesting, fun and stimulating events in an Assisted Living environment. Group members may participate seven days a week from breakfast to dinner, or choose the events and times they prefer.
The goal is to enable each person to engage with their whole self—emotional, intellectual and social—through connection with others in activities and events that are relevant and of interest to them. To have a voice about their journey. To regain a sense of purpose. To find joy in their days.
Through Bridge to Belonging, residents are sharing laughter and finding joy each day. Living the best possible life. This program is available to current residents.

Respite Care
Village at Belmar offers minimum 60 days respite care for individuals needing a short term stay with extra help for those recovering from a hospital or rehab visit; when a caregiver takes an extended vacation; or for a senior living trial period. Our respite stays start at a rate of $260/day + care and include a beautifully furnished one bedroom suite, 3 meals/day, snacks, activities and all cares/help needed as determined by our complimentary nurse’s assessment.
