Dear Village at Belmar Community,
I am happy to share with you that we had zero positive residents from our testing on Monday. We did have one employee, so we remain in outbreak. We have a total of 4 residents positive in Monarch at this time with 2 of them coming off isolation this Friday. We will continue testing twice a week Monday and Thursday. Thank you for your patience in this process.
There is another variation of the COVID virus that is even more transmissible and is rapidly spreading across the Denver area. For this reason, we need to maintain vigilance to prevent the spread of the virus. Please do not visit if you are not feeling well for any reason. If you are aware of being exposed, please do not visit for 10 days after your exposure.
All residents need to continue to wear a mask when out of their apartment. This is very important.
Any residents that are not up to date with their vaccination and boosters must rapid test daily. Residents that are not up to date must quarantine for 8 days if they leave the community for more than 24 hours. These restrictions may be motivation for many to become up to date which is easily done. Please reach out to myself or Angela if you want to confirm whether you are up to date or if you have any questions. We can also assist you in finding a location to receive a booster if needed.
